this place is incredible! loved that staff were always so friendly and welcoming. the breakfast was super delish, with lots of options. my room had a breathtaking view of the pool and hills, made waking up feel so special. big shoutout to kate, the cleaner, she was so sweet and left my room spotless every time. truly had a great time here and would def stay again! !

The swimming pool was enjoyable, offering a nice spot to relax after a day of exploring. I faced several issues that detracted from my stay. Luggage assistance was lacking—no one helped with my heavy bags, which was quite inconvenient. The location felt a bit distant from Krabi town. My relative stayed in a deluxe room, but the AC issues were disappointing, as it didn't cool the room despite calling for maintenance. Breakfast left much to be desired. the bread was not fresh, and there were limited options overall. The concierge prices for tours were also double compared to outside offers. These were notable downsides that affected my experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Centara Life Phu Pano Krabi-Sha Plus. The room was lovely, offering a wonderful view of the pool and surrounding hills. The tropical atmosphere and friendly staff made my experience even more delightful.

The stunning mountain views from the room were truly impressive, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The breakfast featured a wide variety of options, catering to all preferences. While the pool area was gorgeous, the limited availability of sunbeds was a downside during peak times.

It was just a proper fit for a little getaway in Ao Nang with fantastic value. The swimming pool was nice to chill after a long day exploring. Try to visit the local restaurants just a short walk away for great meals.
